1Do I need to read all the info before booking?
Yes. Take a minute to read the full experience details so you know exactly what you’re signing up for. If something is unclear, just reach out. We’re happy to help.
2When is my booking confirmed?
Your spot is confirmed once full payment or the required deposit is received.
3Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, but timing matters:
• 7+ days before → full refund (minus processing fees)
• 7–3 days before → 50% refund (deposit is non-refundable)
• Less than 3 days → no refund
All cancellations must be sent by email.
4What happens if I arrive late?
We start on time. Always.
• Walking experiences → arrive 5 min early
• Day trips → 15 min early
• Multi-day trips → 20 min early
If you miss it, the experience goes on without you and no refund is issued.
5Can plans change?
Yes. Weather, safety, or unexpected situations can affect routes or timing. If needed, we’ll adjust the experience or offer an alternative of equal value.
6Who can join?
Adults only. No minors. Respect the group, the guides, and the city. If not, we may remove you from the experience without refund.
7Is travel insurance included?
No. We strongly recommend getting your own insurance.
8What are you responsible for?
We take care of the experience. You are responsible for your safety, belongings, and personal decisions during and outside the activity.
9Will photos or videos be taken?
Yes. We may capture moments during the experience for our social media and website. By joining, you agree to this.
10Why do I need to provide a phone number?
So we can reach you quickly if anything changes. If we can’t contact you, we’re not responsible for missed connections or issues.
11What about restaurants, transport, or other providers?
Some parts of the experience involve third parties. If something goes wrong with them, claims must be handled directly with that provider.
12What happens with my data?
We use it to manage your booking, contact you if needed, and occasionally send updates about Not Lost. We never share your data with third parties.
